Meewasin Riverworks Weir
Constructed in 1939 as a make-work project during the depression, the Meewasin Riverworks Weir was originally developed as reservoir. The weir is a popular local landmark visited by those hoping to spot local wildlife as well as those looking for a place to take a rest along the Meewasin Valley Trail.
